Our postal mobile phone repair service couldn’t be easier to use, simply follow the following steps:
1. Remove both the sims and memory card from your phone, however ensure that you leave the battery inside so that we can test the phone after the repair is made. Pack your phone up making sure it is adequately protected, and send the phone to us (our address can be found below) along with a written indication of the fault that needs to be fixed. Please note that the phone is sent at your own risk, so we recommend using insured special delivery.
2. Upon receiving the phone, we will give it a thorough inspection to assess the damage, and will provide you with a quote for the repair, as well as an estimated timeframe for the completion of the repair.
3. If you are happy with the provided quote, we will start the repair of your phone. We always endeavor to have the repair completed within the timeframe provided, however there can sometimes be complications – the damage can be worse than originally thought or it may take longer to source a phone part than originally estimated. We aim to be as transparent as possible and will alert you as soon as any complication arises.
4. We will contact you as soon as the repair has been completed, at which point we will process your payment, and upon receiving the payment we will have your phone delivered back to you.
